Dr. Shane Bryant joined North Deering Dental in 2006. A Maine native, he was born in Lewiston and lived in Livermore. He graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, MA, in 1992 and performed medical research at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Mechanisms of Bone Growth-Orthopedic Research.

Dr. Shane Bryant has worked with patients with special needs, provided dentistry for community outreach programs, and volunteered with the Special Olympics. He is an avid gardener, builds his own tube-based hi-fi equipment, enjoys fishing and listening to records, and spending time with his two daughters.
In 1995, Dr. Bryant returned to Maine to work at the Maine Medical Center Research Institute in Vascular Biology and Oncology Research while pursuing graduate work at the University of Maine where he received a master's degree in Immunology and Molecular Biology. Dr Bryant graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2005 and completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington, CT.
Dr. Audrie Knox was born and raised in Peru, Maine. She graduated from The University of Maine, Orono in 2010 as a member of the nation's most prestigious undergraduate honors organization, Phi Beta Kappa Delta with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.

Dr. Knox strongly believes in a trustworthy doctor-patient relationship where treating every patient as family is her standard. She lives in Windham with her husband Zack, son Eli, and golden retriever Clyde. They enjoy spending time in the outdoors especially at Little Sebago Lake.
Dr. Knox immediately started dental school upon completing her undergraduate degree. She attended Dalhousie Faculty of Dentistry located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. While attending Dalhousie, she gained a keen interest in aesthetic and prosthetic dentistry. Since graduation Dr. Knox has continued her education in multiple studies, including Peak Performance Restorative Series of dental implants along with an extensive restorative course on dental implantology at the Zimmer Institute in Carlsbad, California. She has been involved in residency programs focused on implant dentistry and is a member of SPEAR education.
